What I'm looking for from my digital content provider

So, many of you know that I'm a huge M/M romance junkie. I need it like air and have been buying and reading every eBook available under the sun... well, every one that I can afford. Anyway, this is a great discussion about the market for eBooks and what the publishers and electronic device manufacturers should do to not only improve the formats we receive their digital content but what the romance reader (mostly female) is looking for from her digital content provider.
